Minister attends library site blessing

Development West Coast chairwoman Renee Rooney, left, Grey District Mayor Tania Gibson, Regional Development Minister Shane Jones, Westland District Mayor Helen Lash and Ngati Wae Wae chairman Francois Tumahai were on the new library building site today as a blessing was performed.
